Hi! My name is Breana, and this is my fitspo :) My goal is to bring a positive message to other people who are trying to lose weight (note: this is not a pro-ana or pro-mia tumblr!) and give advice based on my journey so far. I'm not quite there yet, but I'm on my way! The above quote is my inspiration, because it reminds me that everything I do is a choice, and that I can either choose to do well and continue to lose weight, or choose to give up on my goals and fail.
